Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 working days 

Delivery Schedule:

• Orders shipped to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah can expect delivery the next day after collection
• For other regions and Emirates, please refer to the section below "Other Emirates and Remote Areas" for delivery details
• No serviceable areas are Jebel Ali Free Zone, Sharjah Free Zone, Al Ain Military Zone

Delivery Attempts:

After three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned.

To get it reshipped there will be a fee of AED20.00

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available for all original large sensory play dough kits. Shipping costs for other items will be displayed during checkout and will be charged accordingly.

Shipping Timeframe Variations:

Shipping times may vary during public holidays and due to unstable weather conditions.

Address Details:

Incorrect address information may cause delays in delivery.

Shipping Partner and Control:

Our shipping is outsourced, and once collected, we do not have control over the delivery process.

Communication and Tracking:

• Our shipping company will use the mobile phone number provided to contact you and share tracking details.

Tracking information will be shared with you once your items have been collected.
